Unless the new purpose is required by law, Your consent is required before the information can be used for that purpose. Your Personal Information further will be retained only for fulfillment of the intended purposes for which such personal information is collected. L3 will establish minimum and maximum retention periods based on the type of information collected (i.e., sensitivity), the intended purposes and as otherwise may be legally required. L3 will establish guidelines and implement procedures to govern the destruction of personal information.
We may request Personal Information, such as your user name or password, whenever you log in to your account and may in limited circumstances ask You to provide credit card information and other personal information when purchasing goods or services that are offered on the Sites or when making a donation online. We reserve the right to request any additional information necessary to establish and maintain Your account.
