Registration Free: $1250 per person

Payment Options:

• 10% deposit at registration (reserves a place) that is refundable until July 18, 2012
• Ad additional 40% due on July 18, 2012 
• Balance due (remaining 50%) on August 18, 2012

• 50% at registration (reserves a place) that is refundable until July 18, 2012
• Balance due (remaining 50%) on August 18, 2012
